With over 30 years of experience  specializing in the intricate mechanics of the muscle and skeletal  systems, he is dedicated to injury rehabilitation, particularly for our  hometown's aging population. He understands that aging often brings  unique physical challenges and a greater need for safe, intelligent  correction. Zack doesn't just treat symptoms; he uses his anatomical  expertise to manipulate and strengthen the body's structure, focusing on  restoring functional movement and building long-term resilience so you  can return to the activities you love, stronger than before

 Our  private gym is not only dog-friendly but also ensures complete privacy  during your sessions. You can work out comfortably without any  distractions.  We understand the importance of affordability, which is why we offer our  services at very competitive rates. We focus on building healthy  long-term habits that will transform your lifestyle.  Zack will not only guide you in your workouts but also provide valuable  advice on nutrition and maintaining a healthy diet. With access to a wide range of gym equipment, at Studio Zack we  prioritize lifting weights for individuals over 40.
